ProcedureReviewed

What is an approved procedure?

An approved procedure is a version the bank's process owner has approved. Atlas keeps every approved version with its sources, so a bank can show which version was in effect on a given day. Apollo runs the version the process owner approved. The bank owns every procedure and every approved version. A draft is not one.

Which version can Apollo run?

Apollo runs the approved version. A supervisor agent matches each case to an approved procedure, plans the steps and sends specialist agents into the CRM, core banking and other systems. Exceptions, cases the approved procedure does not cover, go to the bank's team with the full case history.

Can the bank take an approved procedure with it?

Yes, because the procedures belong to the bank, including every earlier approved version. Export as Word and PDF, or as standard BPMN 2.0 files for Signavio, ARIS, Camunda and other process tools. The bank keeps working in the tools it already uses, with the same procedures.

Common questions
