Atlas drafts your bank's process documentation

Written procedures and BPMN 2.0 process maps from your policies, SOPs and regulation. Every fact cites its source, and a person approves each version.

Every control shows the rule behind it

Every fact cites the policy clause, SOP line or regulation article it comes from, and every control shows the rule it rests on. You can open each citation. The built-in regulation library covers EU and German rules. Banks can also upload their own regulation documents, such as CBUAE guidance, and Atlas cites them like your own documents. Anything that goes beyond your documents is marked as a recommendation, never as a fact.

Frequently asked questions

Why do bank procedures fall out of date?

Because the procedure lives in several documents written at different times. A controlled policy says one thing, a team SOP from years ago says another, and regulation has moved on since. Atlas reads them together, shows every conflict and gap, and keeps one approved version everyone can point to.

Who approves each version?

The process owner approves the exact version they reviewed, and every check runs again before the approval is recorded. Atlas keeps every approved version with its sources, so you can show an auditor which version was in effect on any given day.

Can we export to our BPMN tools?

Yes. Export as Word and PDF, or as standard BPMN 2.0 files for Signavio, ARIS, Camunda and other process tools. Your processes stay yours. You bring the policies, SOPs and regulation you already have, and get back a reviewed procedure with its sources and a BPMN 2.0 process map, ready to approve.

Who works in Atlas?

Process owners, compliance and process excellence teams. Process owners review the draft and approve it. Compliance checks that each control rests on the right regulation. Process excellence keeps the procedures current and exports the maps to the tools the bank already uses.

How does Apollo use the approved procedures?

They become Apollo's input. Once your process owner approves a procedure, it goes into Apollo, and Apollo's supervisor plans each case from it. Sensitive steps wait for human approval.
