How do I get pricing for my bank?
Use the form above to tell us about your bank and the process you want to start with. If you have them, include your expected case volumes, the systems involved and your preferred hosting region.
Can we start with one process?
Yes. Start with one frequent request, such as a card dispute. Atlas drafts its procedure from your own documents and your people approve it. Apollo then runs each case by it.
Should we start with Atlas or Apollo?
Start with Atlas if your procedures are missing or out of date, and with Apollo if they are written and current. Atlas drafts process documentation and BPMN maps from your policies and regulation. Apollo runs cases by your approved procedures.
Where is our data hosted?
In the region you choose: the UAE or the EU. ISTINA AI is ISO 27001 certified. SOC 2 Type II is in progress. The Trust Center lists our controls and subprocessors.
