An audit trail on a banking case is the record of who did what, at what time, under the approved procedure. Apollo logs every message, plan, decision, approval and system action with its time and the agent or person behind it. Each case gets a quality score and stays traceable to the version of the procedure in effect.
What does the audit trail contain?
Each entry names the action, its time and the agent or person who took it: the incoming message, the plan Apollo made, each decision, every approval a person gave and each change in the bank's systems. The closing entry records the quality score and that every check passed before Apollo closed the case.
Which procedure version does the record point to?
The audit trail stays traceable to the version of the procedure in effect for the case. Apollo runs the version the process owner approved. Process intelligence compares the path each case took with the approved procedure and shows where they deviate. Apollo never edits the procedure.
Common questions
Does each case get a quality score?
Yes. The score is part of the case record, next to the version of the procedure in effect for the case.
Does Apollo rewrite the procedure when a case deviates?
No. Apollo never edits the procedure. The process owner approves the next version in Atlas.
