Contact and demo requests
When you send the contact form we process your first and last name, business email address, company name and message to answer you and follow up on your request. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Name, email and company are needed to answer you; the message is optional. We store the request in Pipedrive OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, and keep it until it is closed, at most 24 months after our last contact, and longer only if a contract follows. We use it only to answer your request.
Measurement
We count how the site is used: the page area, whether a listed button was clicked, whether the contact form was started or sent, and for the first page of a visit the source as one word from a fixed list. We do not record your name, email, company, message, IP address, or the address you came from.
For a visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and whenever we cannot tell the country, we count only after you choose Accept. Elsewhere we count on our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are used, unless you turn it off. The counts go to our hosting logs at Amazon Web Services. Your choice is stored in one cookie, istina-analytics, for six months. It holds only accept or reject, and it is the only cookie this site sets. You can change the choice here at any time.

Hosting and transfers
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and may log your IP address for security. Pipedrive and Amazon Web Services may use processors outside the DIFC and the European Economic Area. For those transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Write to hello@istina.ae for a copy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: hello@istina.ae or the data protection officer above. You can complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, to your local supervisory authority.
